According to the regulations stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for the Recognition of High-Tech Enterprises" (Ministry of Science and Technology Notice[2016] No. 32) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation, as well as the "Guidelines for the Management of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition" (Ministry of Science and Technology Notice [2016] No. 195), and the "Implementation Measures for the Recognition and Management of High-Tech Enterprises in Shanghai" (Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction Office Notice [2016] No. 22), after examination, Shanghai Zhonglei New Materials Science Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the review for the second batch of High-Tech Enterprises in 2020. The company is now eligible to enjoy a range of preferential policies provided by the government for high-tech enterprises.

The purpose of the review process for high-tech enterprises is to assess the core areas of a company, including its independent intellectual property, technology transfer capabilities, research and development organization and management, as well as financial growth.
